Introducing the WestJet Brand Ambassadors
Hey there! We're Ali, Darren, Krista and Todd - Brand Ambassadors for Canada's favourite airline. As we travel to 46 diverse festivals from coast to coast there are plenty of stories to be shared! Follow this blog to read about our adventures across this great country in search of Canada's most spectacular festival! Ali and Darren are our Western team. Ali is from Cape Breton, but now lives in Toronto, where she is a WestJet Customer Service Agent at Toronto Pearson International. She is most looking forward to meeting so many people and helping them win free flights and discounts off their next flight. She also gets to discover some of Western Canada for the first time! Ali is pretty quick to capture our goings on with the camera and you can see all our pictures at flickr.com/WestJet Darren hails from Melbourne, Australia, but now lives on the opposite corner of the Pacific, and works as a Customer Service Agent at Vancouver International. If you've ever been involved in a boarding lounge quiz - that was probably Darren. He is the most likely member of our team to subject himself to stomach-churning carnival rides or some other terrible ordeal in the name of a good video for YouTube.com/WJFestivals Todd and Krista form our Eastern team. Todd is just a small town boy! He's from Welland, Ontario and works as a Customer Serivce Agent at Kitchener-Waterloo Regional Airport. Todd enjoys learning, and has already picked up that gasoline and diesel are infact not the same thing and that automatic headlights do not come standard. It's no wonder that he is most renowned for his stunning good looks and irresistible charm. When not on the road, you can find her at our head office as she is one of the friendly agents you speak to when you dial 1-888-WESTJET! If you pass the WestJet Festivals van you'll see Krista singing at the top of her lungs to whatever music she is making Todd listen to at the time. This summer will mark her first time travelling to the Maritime provinces.
